Additional costs for 2+ story roofs, hard to access chimneys, blower fan clean out and catalytic combustor cleaning.

A reasonable mileage charge may be included if mileage exceeds our normal operating area.

Remove wood stove insert from masonry fireplace and rotary clean firebox up to chimney termination. Wood stove insert cleaned and inspected. Insert re-installed into fireplace. Clean and lubricate door hinges, handle and air shutter. Clean window if applicable.
